Fìkh Qè Hachy (/qɤ/ /hac/ [next] [brothel]) is a subtropical Town located in Dèsěl Zone, Qěwhachy District, within the Federation of Alveria.

The name Fìkh Qè Hachy is derived from the Constructi language, as Fìkh Qè Hachy was founded by Tr-198p 'Bruno' Glëkadonh, who was culturaly Constructi.

Climate

Fìkh Qè Hachy has a yearly average temperature of 16°C (60°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 23°C (73°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 9°C (48°F). Fìkh Qè Hachy receives an average of 215 cm/y (84 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Fìkh Qè Hachy covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 2836 m (9304 ft) above sea level.

Overview

Fìkh Qè Hachy was founded durring the early 16th century in fall of the year 1518, by Tr-198p 'Bruno' Glëkadonh. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.

Fìkh Qè Hachy was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fìkh Qè Hachy is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Fìkh Qè Hachy is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of broad packed earth streets which form octogonal paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town resides behind a palisade wall complete with battlments, a moat, and timber gatehouses with drawbridges. Fìkh Qè Hachy's robustly designed timber walls are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.

Fìkh Qè Hachy has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Maybe it’s everything together. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Fìkh Qè Hachy long.

Fìkh Qè Hachy's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by dynamic designs and complex architectural plan forms; intended to heighten feelings of motion and sensuality, and frequently based on the oval. It made extensive and extreme use of: Grandeur, Contrast, Curves and twists, Rich surface treatments, Gilded statuary, Bright colors, Vividly painted ceilings, Fragmented or deliberately incomplete elements, Large-scale frescoes, Dramatic central projections on an external facade, the use of plaster, stucco, or marble finishing, Illusory effects such as trompe l’oeil, and pear-shaped domes. While beloved by the nobility, the common folk tended to despise the style due to the massive consumption of resources required for even a small building constructed in this style.

Due to the actions of local Kami, spring is skipped in Fìkh Qè Hachy.

The Flea, Giant near Fìkh Qè Hachy are known to be quite timid.

Fìkh Qè Hachy's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves performance art to channel Augury energies of tier 3 via guttural bellowing.

History

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century the Oph Yovä Moor was struck by a drought when Lake Issyk grew too small to continue feeding River Dreaded, which reduced the available water supply nationwide, but was especially harsh in the area arround Fìkh Qè Hachy. As the neighboring regions had no water so spare, Fìkh Qè Hachy lost 230 people, and 155 livestock in the disaster.. The drought lasted for 2 weeks, which are remembered as the Loss Thirst.
